Opportunity Description:

The Teddy Bear Bash is a family-friendly event for the young and old of Saskatoon to come together and learn about health promotion. The focus of the event is that children will bring their most beloved teddy bears to the park for a check up by primary care practitioners. They will have a chance to learn about how to take care of teeth, immunizations and even have a check up. Of course, it won’t be all business… this special event will also include the following:   DJ entertainment Special appearances from Malcom the Teddy Bear, and the Snow Sisters (aka Anna and Elsa) Face painting Concession Over 30 medical students ready to assess and fix up your teddy bears   We are looking for volunteers to take admission and sell 50/50 tickets. The event runs from 12-4 on September 24th
