Canadian Pride Historical Society (Education Coordinator)

As the Education Coordinator, reporting to a Senior Education Coordinator, you will be tasked with developing educational materials centered around the history of the Pride Movement in Canada. Your responsibilities will include studying regional social study curriculum, conducting in-depth research on Canadian pride historical topics, and creating educational content tailored for K-12 students. Additionally, you will compile a comprehensive list of recommended resources for teachers and educators, encompassing videos, reading materials, and activities. The ideal candidate will possess previous experience in an educational environment, demonstrating proficiency in crafting educational lessons and activity plans. A strong background in the education sector, advanced Microsoft Office skills, and excellent time-management and organizational abilities are essential for success in this role.
