Provincial Gymnastics Competition

I am writing today on behalf of Marian Gymnastics Club & Gym Sask looking for volunteers for our upcoming Provincial Championships which are being held in Saskatoon at the Fieldhouse on May 9th to 12th. Sessions range from 8 am to 8:30 Thursday, 8 am to 9:30 pm Friday, 7 am to 8 pm Saturday, and 7 am to 6 pm Sunday. We have approximately 480 shifts to be filled, which equates to 1243 hours!
We are looking for people to help set up, welcome guests, announce athletes, help with score input, run concessions, among other tasks. Most shifts are around 3-4 hours (one session). There isn’t a training session on the tasks that need to be completed, rather the previous group passes along the important information to the next group coming on. We will also have a volunteer coordinator who will be there to help guide our volunteers.
